Terms and Conditions

At Rose Gold Salon Leamington we aim to provide a relaxed booking process, however, we do have a few house rules that keep things running smoothly. they also help us deliver the best service possible. Please make sure you read them before booking an appointment.

 

Consultation

All guests are offered a complimentary 30-minute consultation. It gives you an opportunity to check us out before you check in. Pop into the salon for a quick chat with your stylist before making a booking. It’s also the best time to get your skin test done! If you have some inspo photos to show us, please do!

 

Skin Test

We insist on a skin test for any technical service we offer in the salon. Just pop into the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll take care of it. If you’re coming in for a consultation, it makes sense to get it done at the same time. We recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment during busy times in the salon.

 

Finishing Services

Finishing services are not automatically included in the cost of a colour service. You will have an option during your booking process to add a blow dry or a cut and finish to your booking. If you book online and you do not add a finishing service, we will manually add a blow dry to your booking. If you wish to upgrade to a cut and finish, please notify your stylist in advance.

 

Deposits 

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings with a duration of 30 minutes or more. This can be paid when you book your appointment online, in the salon at your consultation appointment or via bank transfer.48 hours cancellation – no charge24 hours cancellation – 50% chargeNo Show – 100% chargeIf you don’t show up to your appointment, it has a huge impact on the team and our business. Please let us know if you can’t make an appointment in a good time so another guest can take that booking.

Cancellations
We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot – under 48 hours and you will have to pay. See our deposit policy for further information. Cancellations due to Covid: We absolutely encourage our guests currently to stay safe and adhere to government guidelines in connection with the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the disruption and cancellation of appointments at the last minute are having a severely damaging effect on our business and the industry. Please be aware that all cancellations due to Covid will be subject to our cancellation policy, however, customers that can show a positive PCR result will be issued a refund of any charges.

Timeliness
We do our best to run a tight ship, so if you are late, it affects everyone. Why not arrive 15 minutes earlier and grab a cuppa? You’ll be very welcome. Timeliness makes us happy. Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to accomadate your booking.

Payment
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. We can also send you a payment link.

Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers come in multiples of £20. Have a word with our front-of-house team for more information.

Refunds
Rose Gold hair does not give refunds this is due to our time and products used for the service. Please ensure you raise any concerns before you leave the salon (or within 24 hrs from the time of service) so that the matter can be rectified. Anything beyond this will be circulated to the Manager.  Where the service carried out is unsatisfactory a complimentary/discounted service will be offered for your next appointment.  This is at the discretion of the stylist and approved by the Salon Manager.
